Job Details: - Day to day job includes working on available positions to fill for our clients. - Resourcing the profiles using various Job Portals like Monster/Dice/CareerBuilder. - Screening the profiles and collecting required information. - Screening the candidates over phone for interview and collecting information for same. - Following up with selected profiles to get them started for new roles. - Working on different jobs like contracts/ permanents/ contract to hires.
