Electronics Manufacturing industry , driving process design, system enablement, and operational transformation across supply planning functions. The ideal candidate brings prior consulting experience and hands-on expertise in IBP implementations within complex manufacturing environments, particularly those involving

PCBA boards, sub-assembly boards, and SMT production lines .

Key Responsibilities Lead and support

IBP R&S and Supply Planning

process design and transformation initiatives. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable supply planning solutions. Drive end-to-end process planning improvements across demand-supply alignment, capacity planning, and production planning. Design and optimize supply planning processes in

electronics manufacturing environments , including: PCBA board manufacturing Sub-assembly board production SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines Configure and support IBP tools aligned with best-practice supply planning frameworks. Conduct gap analysis between current-state and future-state planning processes. Develop governance models, KPIs, and reporting structures for planning excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, manufacturing, operations, and IT. Support testing cycles, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Contribute to client presentations, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
