Job Description
This role is with a fintech company, The ideal candidate's responsibilities include handling RFPs/RFQs/FDD/API requirements, configuring and customizing solutions, maintaining client documentation and communication records, and resolving customer issues, the position requires regular client engagement/meetings.
Responsibilities
- โMust have experience in RFP OR RFQ OR FDD OR API
- โShowcase our solution capabilities to potential customers, help set up sandboxes, configure solutions and make customization as per requirement.
- โ Manage the onboarding process for each new customer.
- โ Assist the sales team in driving and managing renewals.
- โ Serve as a key communication point for issues assigned and work to resolve complex issues while providing system knowledge and expertise.
- โ Maintain the records of conversations with clients.
- โ Manage the documentation for all clients, make required changes when necessary.
- โ Effectively manage and prioritize customer queries.
- โ Keep in touch with clients regularly to get feedback and updates.
- โ Contribute to initiatives outside of customer conversations that better the customer experience, both low-touch and high-touch.
- โ Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
Qualifications
- โ 2-6 years of experience in a customer success support role
- โ Exposure to Fintech/tech/BA background is preferred.
- โ Understanding of the technical documentation
- โ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- โ Understanding of Technology like Java, API, Database, Postman etc. is a must.
- โ Knowledge in SaaS products will be an advantage.
