Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performance Business Development Leader who thrives on building large enterprise accounts and long-term corporate partnerships.
We are looking for a strategic hunter with a proven track record of entering and closing deals with
large-scale corporate organizations and enterprise-level businesses
, particularly within fast-growing, consumer-facing, retail, or digital-first sectors.
The ideal candidate brings an established corporate network, strong executive presence, and the ability to independently open doors, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Client Acquisition (Hunter Mindset)
Identify, approach, and secure meetings with large corporate and enterprise brands.
Generate business through offline prospecting, referrals, and strategic networking.
Build relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, brand leaders, and procurement teams.
Independently drive deal cycles from first contact to closure.
2. Strategic Networking & Representation
Represent 64 Grid Set Private Limited at industry events, corporate summits, and conferences.
Build strong face-to-face relationships
that convert into long-term partnerships.
Position the studio as a premium strategy and design partner for ambitious brands.
3. Proposal & Solution Development
Lead the creation of high-impact strategy and design proposals.
Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to build compelling commercial bids.
Deliver visually strong, persuasive presentations aligned with corporate brand standards.
Translate client challenges into structured strategic and design solutions.
4. Sales Operations & CRM Discipline
Maintain systematic tracking of all self-generated leads in CRM.
Manage pipeline with clear visibility and revenue forecasting.
Ensure structured follow-ups and predictable deal closures.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B corporate sales experience.
Strong preference for candidates from branding, design, marketing, or creative agency backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience closing enterprise-level deals.
Existing professional networks within large enterprise organizations is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities.
Executive presence and confidence in engaging senior leadership.
Ability to navigate complex corporate procurement environments.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Self-starter with a strong offline networking orientation.
High discipline in CRM management and pipeline tracking.
