Vice President Operations

Seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead operations and commercial excellence within the region. The role involves overseeing multi-site business operations, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute operational and commercial strategy to support business growth and market share expansion Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality, and supply chain Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with commercial and product teams to meet business objectives and foster a high-performance culture Manage budgets and performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as needed Champion operational excellence to enhance customer experience Build and develop high-performing teams through talent acquisition and leadership development Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and teamwork

Candidate Profile: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry. Proven success in operational strategy, P&L management and driving profitability Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
