Tiaraa Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven General Manager to lead our 94-key luxury wildlife retreat in Jim Corbett.

This property features:

- 94 well-appointed rooms & suites - Large-scale MICE & wedding infrastructure (7,000 sq. ft. + 3,500 sq. ft. pillar-less halls) - 40,000 sq. ft. open lawns for destination weddings - Resort-style recreation & dining facilities

We are looking for a hospitality leader who understands:

- Destination wedding & MICE revenue optimization - Wildlife & experiential leisure positioning - Strong cost control & GOP management - Team building in resort environments

Key Responsibilities:

- Full P&L accountability - Driving occupancy & ARR growth - Building strong wedding & corporate segments - Operational excellence across Rooms, F&B & Events - Guest satisfaction & brand reputation management

Ideal Candidate:

- 12–18 years in hospitality - Minimum 3–5 years as Resort Manager/GM - Experience in wedding-driven resorts preferred - Strong commercial acumen
