About 30 Sundays
30 Sundays is on a mission to build the most customer-centric outbound leisure travel company from India. We combine deep destination expertise with technology, operational rigor, and a strong bias for action to deliver effortless, high-quality travel experiences, while building a profitable, scalable business.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Product Manager – Internal Tools to build the operating backbone of 30 Sundays. This role is about eliminating manual work, automating sales and operations processes end-to-end, and giving our teams the tools they need to move faster, serve customers better, and scale without friction.
You'll own our internal sales and ops tooling, from lead management and booking workflows to voicebot integrations and automated communication systems. We're building heavily with AI and automation, and this role sits at the center of that effort. The ideal candidate comes from a company that builds or implements B2B software for sales teams, CRMs, helpdesks, or operational workflows, someone who instinctively thinks in systems and has a low tolerance for manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for internal sales and operations tools across the full customer lifecycle, from lead to post-trip
Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes through automation, bookings, follow-ups, status updates, communications, and more
Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows
Work closely with the sales and ops teams to deeply understand current workflows, pain points, and bottlenecks
Translate operational needs into clear product specs, workflows, and success metrics
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, CRMs, telephony platforms, workflow automation, LLM APIs, where building in-house isn't the right call
Define and track internal adoption metrics, efficiency gains, and process improvement KPIs
Partner with engineering to build scalable, reliable internal systems that ops teams actually love using
Stay close to the B2B SaaS and AI tooling landscape to bring best-in-class ideas into 30 Sundays
Requirements
2–5 years of Product Management experience with a focus on internal tools, CRMs, sales enablement platforms, or operational software
Prior experience at a company that builds software for sales/ops teams or implements such systems at scale (think CRM vendors, HRMS, ERP, BPO-tech, or similar)
Strong systems thinking, ability to map end-to-end processes, spot inefficiencies, and redesign workflows from scratch
Hands-on familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.), CRM platforms, telephony/voicebot integrations, or LLM-powered workflows
Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders, translating operational pain into product solutions
Data-driven approach to prioritization and measuring impact of tooling changes
Graduation from top-tier colleges (SRCC, LSR, DCE, IITs, BITS)
Why Join 30 Sundays
Own the internal infrastructure that lets a fast-growing travel company scale without bloating headcount
Work directly with founders with high autonomy and real accountability
Rare opportunity to go deep on AI and automation in a real operational environment, not just theoretically
Fast learning curve with significant long-term career growth as the company scales
