- Promote and sell club memberships, packages, and services to prospective members. - Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, events, and marketing initiatives. - Conduct club tours and presentations, clearly explaining membership benefits, facilities, and pricing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members. - Follow up on inquiries and leads to maximize conversion rates - Address member queries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when required. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, events, and campaigns.
