Why This Role Exists
This role
owns demand generation and revenue creation for our Recruiting business , which operates as a standalone growth engine inside Revenue Optics. It is designed to scale independently from our Consulting, AI, and Research lines.
This is a
high-ownership leadership role
with:
• Direct impact on revenue
• Broad exposure across the company platform
• Clear long-term growth into senior commercial or business leadership
You’ll receive clear direction and context, with the autonomy to execute and build.

CEOs, CROs, CSOs, VPs of Sales, and Revenue Leaders
• Executive-level communication and credibility are essential
Who This Is For
This role is intentionally selective. You are likely a strong fit if you bring:
• B2B SaaS experience with real pipeline or quota ownership
• A background in
Sales Development, Growth, or Revenue
• A
Marketing MBA or formal marketing training
applied in execution
• Experience creating
demand-generating content
• Hands-on use of
GenAI growth tools
(e.g., prosp.ai or similar)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience presenting to
C-level decision-makers in the U.S.
• Comfort operating with autonomy and accountability
What You’ll Own
Revenue & New Client Acquisition
• Engage SaaS CEOs and senior revenue leaders
• Run LinkedIn and email outbound using AI-assisted workflows
• Lead early discovery conversations
• Book qualified meetings tied to real hiring urgency
Growth, Content & GTM Strategy
• Own LinkedIn and email campaigns for the Recruiting business
• Create content that drives conversations and pipeline
• Use GenAI to personalize, test, and scale outreach
• Build repeatable GTM plays that convert into revenue
Market Intelligence
• Capture buyer language, objections, and patterns
• Feed insights into messaging, campaigns, and offer refinement
• Help shape how the Recruiting GTM motion scales over time
