Creospan is hiring for Automation Tester ETL & Data Warehouse for one of our leading Investment Banking client. Experience: 7+ Years Location: Kharadi Pune (Hybrid)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in ETL Testing, Data Warehousing environments, and automation scripting. The role involves validating end-to-end data flows, building automation frameworks, and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity across large-scale distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for ETL workflows and data pipelines. Build automation frameworks and scripts for ETL testing (Python preferred). Perform data validation across multiple layers source, staging, warehouse ensuring accuracy and integrity. Write and execute complex SQL queries for reconciliation, transformations, and business rule validations. Validate advanced transformations, aggregations, and data mappings. Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Document test results, maintain traceability, and track defects to closure. Ensure smooth execution of automated suites in CI/CD environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse (DWH) environments. Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation projects. Proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development. Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries. Working knowledge of ETL tools (Databricks preferred). Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience with Banking domain is an added advantage.
