Franchise Manager

to drive expansion and manage relationships with our business partners across India.

Key Responsibilities: Lead franchise expansion and onboarding of new partners Act as the main point of contact between HO and franchise centers Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and launch timelines Support franchise partners in operations, marketing, and admissions Track performance and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or education/retail expansion Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel pan-India Pan-India | Education Industry Apply to be part of the fastest-growing education brand building the future of early learning.
