We're seeking a talented Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience who can ideate, detail, and deliver exceptional residential interiors. You’ll be an integral part of the design team, collaborating closely with our Principal Architect and vendors.

Role Description

1.

Space Planning & Layout Design ·

Develop functional and aesthetic space plans for residential or commercial properties. ·

Optimize layouts to enhance property flow, usability, and visual appeal. 2.

Concept Development & Design Presentation ·

Create design concepts that align with client or developer goals and target market trends. ·

Prepare technical drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D views (SketchUp, Lumion). ·

Assist in creating BOQs, selecting materials, and sourcing. ·

Keep up with the latest design trends and innovations in interior finishes. ·

Develop mood boards, 3D renderings, and material boards and present design concept and layouts for approval. 3.

Property Staging & Show Unit Design ·

Design and stage model homes to attract potential buyers. ·

Select furnishings, lighting, and decor to highlight the property’s best features. 4.

Material & Finish Selection ·

Choose appropriate materials, finishes, color palettes, and furnishings based on project budgets and target demographics. ·

Ensure selections meet quality, sustainability, and safety standards. 5.

Collaboration with Real Estate Teams ·

Work closely with marketing teams to align design with market trends ·

Incorporate buyer feedback and market trends into design proposals. 6.

Project Management ·

Manage design timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. 7.

Coordinate with vendors and site teams to implement design as per specifications. ·

Oversee installation, styling, and final presentation of interior spaces. 8.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination ·

Liaise with contractors, furniture suppliers, and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately. ·

Review shop drawings and site progress. 9.

Client Consultation & Customization ·

Conduct consultations with buyers or investors to tailor interior options. ·

Provide design advice to help clients visualize property potential. 10.

Sustainability & Compliance ·

Integrate sustainable materials and energy-efficient design solutions with quality.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, accessibility, and safety standards.
