3DX Application Support Engineer

Experience - 4-8 Years Job location - Pune, Chennai & Bangalore Quick joiners are preferred

- Provide technical support for 3DEXPERIENCE platform users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Investigate and resolve issues related to ENOVIA and other 3DX apps. - Monitor platform performance and availability, escalating system-level incidents as needed. - Assist in user management, role assignments, and license troubleshooting. - Perform routine health checks, log analysis, and validation of scheduled jobs and integrations. - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Document solutions, known issues, and resolutions in a knowledge base. - Participate in upgrade testing, patch validation, and post-deployment support.
