Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. As a Human Resources Recruiter at One Assist Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Daily tasks include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.

Qualifications

Skills in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews effectively Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus Familiarity with local labor laws and HR compliance requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
