Candidate will get exposure to advanced tax practices, Tax consultancy and appearing before appellate authorities for Complex problems and a unique 360 degree tax planning exposure.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Taxation at M K TYAGI & CO located in Bangalore Urban district. The Assistant Manager - Taxation will oversee tasks such as tax planning, tax compliance, Tax Consulting , Tax Returns, Tax audits, Tax assessments, Tax appeals, Transfer Pricing audits, Transfer Pricing study, Documenations, and preparing Transfer pricing -related documents. They will ensure adherence to necessary tax laws and guidelines while contributing to efficient tax operations and strategies. The role requires collaboration across teams to address client-specific needs and ensure accurate tax filings and reports.

Qualifications Proficient in Tax Planning, preparing strategies to optimize tax outcomes effectively Strong expertise in Tax Compliance and ensuring adherence to all tax-related regulations Strong Experience in Tax Preparation, including accurate preparation of returns and supporting documentation In-depth understanding of Tax Laws and regulations to accurately address tax matters Chartered Accountant or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in tax-related and accounting software
