Senior Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, science-driven Sales Representatives and a Regional Manager (South Zone) to join our growing team. The selected candidates will promote cutting-edge oncology diagnostic tests and services tohealthcare professionals, including medical oncologists, oncology nurses, and clinical coordinators. The role involves travel within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities  Promote and disseminate clinical information on oncology diagnostic tests to healthcareprofessionals.  Achieve sales growth and exceed territory sales targets.  Develop and execute territory business plans based on market trends and analysis.  Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.  Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, patients, and Advance Medilinks’ customer serviceteam for logistics and support.  Provide scientific and economic insights to healthcare institutions and oncology practices  Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in leading cancer centres and academicinstitutions.  Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional colleagues.  Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Oncotype DX DCIS Test  Oncotype DX Colon Assay  Signatera ctDNA Test – Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.)  Preference will be given to candidates with B.Pharm / M.Pharmqualifications. Preferred Qualifications & Skills  2–4 years of experience in oncology or diagnostic sales.  MBA / Master’s degree preferred.  Strong scientific understanding and ability to explain complex clinical studies.  Proven sales success and leadership record.  Strategic thinking and account-based selling approach.  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.  Adaptability to new products and disease areas.  Demonstrated job stability (minimum 1 role held for 2–4 years
