Salary: 30K to 55K (Depend on Experience & Interview)
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
• Drive property sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Consult and convert clients with personalized service
• Handle digital inquiries and guide buyers through our offerings
• Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
• Negotiate deals and advise clients on market trends and pricing
• Collaborate with our CRM team for seamless post-sales service
What We're Looking For
• 1–6 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Experience with HNI clients
• Positive attitude and hunger for success
• Own a bike with valid documents
Note: Real Estate experience is mandatory to qualify for the job or sales background experience.
