ROLE: CONTRACTUAL 6 MONTHS CAN BE EXTENDED TO 1 YEAR ______________ Documents Required (Post Selection) • Background Verification (BGV will be conducted after selection) ______________ Role Overview We are actively seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered, cloud-native applications. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, deep AWS expertise, and proven technical leadership to drive projects from concept through production. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for system architecture, secure development practices, AI integration, CI/CD oversight, and mentoring engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions within the AWS ecosystem. ______________ Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & System Design • Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and technical excellence. • Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework. • Translate product and business requirements into detailed technical designs, user stories, and engineering tasks. • Act as the technical decision-maker, guiding architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches. ______________ Development & Quality Assurance • Contribute hands-on to full stack development: o Frontend: Flutter or React o Backend: Python microservices (Django, Flask, FastAPI) • Enforce secure coding practices and proactively identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities. • Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and maintainability. • Drive continuous improvements in code quality, performance, and system reliability. ______________ Team Leadership, DevOps & AI Integration • Mentor and guide engineers, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. • Oversee release management and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments on AWS. • Lead and guide the integration of AI/ML models into applications to enhance functionality and user engagement. • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. ______________ Required Skills & Experience Experience & Technical Expertise • 8+ years of overall software development experience • 4+ years of hands-on Python development • 2+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering role • Strong expertise in: o Frontend: Flutter or React o Backend: Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices • Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization ______________ Cloud, Security & DevOps • In-depth hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem • Strong understanding and implementation of the AWS Well-Architected Framework • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation • Deep understanding of application security, vulnerability assessment, and remediation best practices ______________ Leadership & Communication • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong mentoring, delegation, and project management capabilities • Ability to work independently while leading teams across complex initiatives ______________ Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional) • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience building large-scale, distributed systems
