About the Role The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of "Infrastructure and Construction" projects. He will monitor contractor activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that work is completed according to design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design, codes, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve issues. Track project progress and provide regular reports to the internal team. Assess and validate contractor work progress and recommend payment approvals. Participate in site meetings and report on technical and schedule matters. Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are maintained on-site. Identify project risks and propose mitigation to avoid cost or time overruns. Assist with change orders, claims analysis, and dispute resolution. Maintain thorough project documentation and support handover and commissioning processes.

What Are We Looking For?

Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering. Must possess 5–8 years of experience in site execution, site monitoring, quality checks, and must have a strong understanding of testing procedures. Proficient in Project Planning Tools preferably Microsoft Project (MSP) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on project planning experience. Apply project management skills including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, time management, and risk management. Exhibit strong strategic planning, risk management, and change management capabilities to drive project success. Possess good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to resolve on-site issues efficiently.
