Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, and RERA-related financial operations for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare and present monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and project profitability reports Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations Manage RERA financial reporting, designated accounts, and CA-certified submissions Oversee project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP tracking Lead statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and consultants Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure accurate documentation

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and real estate finance Expertise in GST, Income Tax, and RERA regulations Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
