Multi-initiative websites + OTT Knowledge Networks is looking for a hands-on

IT Manager

to own our end-to-end tech operations across multiple initiatives— websites, hosting, cybersecurity, email/identity, SaaS applications, and our OTT platform (Moonshots.TV) . We also want someone who can

deploy AI agents/automation

to streamline operations and reduce manual workload—safely and with strong governance. What you’ll own Website & hosting operations:

uptime, performance, backups, DNS, SSL, CDN/WAF, releases & monitoring Moonshots.TV operations:

reliability, vendor coordination, streaming/analytics workflows, incident handling Cybersecurity:

MFA/SSO, access control, phishing defense, vulnerability management, incident response playbooks Email + IT support:

Google Workspace/M365 admin, onboarding/offboarding, device/access hygiene SaaS & vendors:

licensing, renewals, tool rationalization, SLAs, documentation AI ops optimization:

implement practical

AI agents/workflows

(alert triage, publishing checks, automation, reporting) with guardrails and auditability You’re a fit if you have 5+ years in IT ops / sysadmin / security-focused IT roles Strong fundamentals in

web hosting + cybersecurity + identity/email admin Comfort managing vendors and supporting distributed teams A builder mindset: you document, automate, and improve systems continuously Bonus: OTT/streaming ops experience + experience implementing AI/automation workflows To apply:
