Lead Dev Ops Engineer - AWS

Exp required: 7+ years (Permanent) Loc: Pune/Nashik

Core responsibilities Consolidate CI/CD so every team uses the same, fast path to production Keep environments consistent and secure and enable quick rollbacks when needed Set release safety nets, such as automated smoke tests, gradual rollouts, clear go/no-go gates Build meaningful monitoring and alerts, with a focus on shortening time to detect and fix issues Cut build times and cloud spend

Qualifications 7 to 10+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar roles for consumer web or mobile products Strong CI/CD experience and a track record of simplifying complex pipelines Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, automation, security basics, and cost control Comfort supporting mobile app builds as well as web/services Clear written communication; you document, teach, and lead during incidents Bias to action: you instrument, automate, and leave teams with paved roads
