Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Odoo Implementation Specialist. The specialist will lead Odoo software implementations, collaborating with clients to analyze their business operations, gather requirements, configure the software, and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include providing technical support, training clients to effectively use Odoo, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Software Implementation and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo - Strong Analytical Skills to identify system requirements and optimize workflows - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members - Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through training, troubleshooting, and providing solutions - Problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, customer-focused approach - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred - Previous experience in a similar role, especially in manufacturing, is an advantage
