About the Role

We are hiring a

Lead Full Stack Engineer

to drive the end-to-end migration of our enterprise B2B ecommerce platform to

Optimizely Commerce . The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, deep hands-on expertise across

React, .NET Core, and Optimizely , and experience integrating SAP ECC systems into modern commerce platforms. You will own architecture, solution design, integration, and delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable, secure, and high-performing ecommerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete migration of SAP ECC-driven ecommerce workflows to

Optimizely Commerce Cloud . Architect, design, and develop robust

full stack solutions

using React and .NET Core. Build and optimize

RESTful APIs , ensuring data consistency between SAP ECC and Optimizely. Collaborate with Architects, BA, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines using

Azure DevOps

or

GitHub Actions . Integrate PIM, Spire, middleware platforms, and other components of the ecommerce ecosystem. Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions.

Primary Technical Skills Front-End

Strong experience in

React.js

(Hooks, Context API), TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+). State management with

Redux

or

React Query . Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS; responsive UI and cross-browser compatibility. End-to-end

REST API integration

with security best practices.

Back-End

Hands-on experience with

.NET Core / C# , Entity Framework, LINQ. Designing scalable

REST APIs , authentication using OAuth2/JWT. Strong database skills (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).

Architecture & Integration

Deep knowledge of

Optimizely/EPiServer CMS & Commerce . Familiarity with SAP ECC data models (MARA, KNA1, VBAK). Experience with Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware. Exposure to microservices architecture and CI/CD automation.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

UI frameworks: Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus Docker, Kubernetes Monitoring tools: ELK, Application Insights, Prometheus GDPR compliance, secure coding, API security Understanding of unit/integration/performance test automation

Domain & Business Expertise

Strong understanding of

Ecommerce workflows

(catalog, pricing, inventory, checkout). Experience in

B2B commerce , account-based pricing, and bulk ordering models. Knowledge of SAP ECC migration strategies and data validation processes.

Soft Skills & Leadership

Proven experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams. Advocates for code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
