Data Science Specialist

Required Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, with 4+ years in Banking / Financial Services - Proven track record of deploying ML models into production - 3+ years of experience managing and leading data science teams - Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams

️ Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling - Strong programming expertise in Python, R, or similar languages - Proficiency in SQL and experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks) - Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) - Experience working with Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP - Strong expertise in Data Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik - Solid understanding of Version Control systems (Git) - Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring

⭐ Nice to Have

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments - Exposure to real-time or streaming data use cases - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
