Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience. Profile Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages on various platforms. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop and implement social media campaigns. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation. Performance Analysis: Assist in preparing social media reports and analyzing performance metrics. Stay Updated: Stay updated with emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms. Team Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks and priorities within the team. Client Interaction: Conduct weekly client review calls and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform algorithms. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus.
