Legalbook Advisors is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Legal Executive to join our team.

If you have strong corporate law experience and enjoy working on commercial contracts and investment documentation, this role is for you.

Position: Senior Legal Executive

Location: Kothrud, Pune (On-site)

Openings: 2

Experience: 5–8 years

Qualification: LL.B (Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts - Preparing and reviewing corporate agreements (SHA, SSA, STA, etc.) - Handling investment documentation and transaction support - Legal research and advisory on contract and corporate law matters - Supporting structuring and compliance work

Requirements:

- Strong drafting and communication skills - Sound understanding of contract law and corporate law principles - Experience in commercial contracts and corporate transactions - Ability to independently handle documentation and negotiations - Immediate joiner preferred
