Roles and responsibilities Manage

Inbound

leads on Social DM and calls (No cold calling/outbound leads) Offer deep explanations of our Health programme to the potential customers in the most eloquent way possible, on calls and chats Understand the symptoms, the history, and the complications of the customers and guide them to the programme Be compassionate and empathetic to customers, listening to their concerns and problems Enroll people to our health programme Escalate complex cases to the relevant health staff whenever required Maintain and manage leads data

Expectations from the role You will engage in deep conversation with the patients, understand their struggles, their journeys, and book them for the plan There will be no conversion targets at all, the only targets will be to make them understand the programme in the best possible way and make them feel heard and supported even if they do not show up for the plan This is not at all a typical sales job, the principal focus is not on the quantity of people you convert, but on the quality of conversation you will have with them, regardless of whether they convert or not Your primary job will be to explain our programme in the most efficient and eloquent way, and listen deeply to their problems Even if they don’t enrol, you should have the ability to close on with good terms with them

Comfortable in virtual Interaction - Since this is a remote job, you should be able to communicate effectively on call and chat with the new customers.

Believer in Holistic Healing - You should have a strong faith in holistic treatments, and natural healing of the body.

What we are looking for as an ideal candidate

A good person who has the combination of being Highly compassionate and empathetic, exceptionally well-articulated, and gifted convincer

Someone who has the ability to understand the person speaking with them, and understand their fears, perceive what they are feeling and fine tuning their responses accordingly

Work Schedule

The work will be divided across two shifts in the morning and evening, with customer interactions being in chat and call both.

Morning shift- 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM

Evening shift- 4.30 PM to 8.30 PM

Shifts can be adjusted based on people availability

However, we respect work life balance and we will ensure that working hours will be fixed to 8 hours per day

Attractive packages - We’re offering a starting salary of 30,000 per month or 3.6 LPA, which may go up significantly in the next year. Associated benefits like PF, insurance will not be part of your package in the initial 6 months, which means that you’ll have a net salary closer to the package mentioned.

No commission-based pay - You’ll get a fixed pay, we’re not a company that ties your performance to interact with as many clients as possible, we want you to put your skills to the role, and make sure that the customers receive the best possible explanation, and they feel heard and supported. You will be judged on your ability to offer clear and fluent explanations, show well articulation in chats and calls, and listen to them.

Excellent written articulation in English Clarity of thought in English, both spoken and written Exceptionally fluent and eloquent spoken English and Hindi Both If you do not know Hindi, you can still apply, but we will only consider you for the future rounds Good Emotional Intelligence, Good empathy, High Understanding of people, Ability to handle sensitive conversations

Other preferred Requirements

Candidates belonging to the following domains would be considered an added advantage

Counselling, Psychology, or Mental Health Support Teaching, Education, or Academic Roles Healthcare Support or Patient Coordination Roles Social Work or Non-Profit/NGO roles involving care and support Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Advisory roles Consultative Sales roles (non-aggressive, needs-based sales) Insurance or Financial Advisory roles focused on guidance rather than transactions Hospitality or Service roles requiring strong interpersonal skills

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fields mentioned above or any other fields would be considered an added advantage .

Any Dravidian language apart from Hindi and English would be an added advantage

No experience in healthcare is required. You will be given one month paid training after joining
