The Project Manager

– Civil & MEP is responsible for end-to-end delivery of building, civil, and MEP works for Phoenix Contact plant expansion projects. The role ensures integrated execution of RCC, PEB, utilities, and MEP services, aligned with global building development processes, statutory compliance, cost control, and production readiness milestones.

Responsibilities Integrated Project Execution (Civil + MEP) Lead execution of: RCC & structural works , PEB structures, Roads, boundary walls, ramps, drainage Utility buildings (pump house, fire water tank, STP, compressor rooms) Ensure MEP services are planned in parallel, not post-civil: Electrical (HT/LT, transformers, DG, panels, earthing, lighting), HVAC & ventilation Fire fighting (hydrant, sprinkler, pump house), Plumbing, drainage & STP Multi-Contractor & Interface Managemen t • Own all interfaces between Civil, PEB, and MEP contractors for Planning, Scheduling, Erection & Commissioning of the project. • Drive weekly plan-vs-actual reviews with contractors and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil or equivalent experience Experience • Must have 14 –20 years in Green Field Projects of Industrial plant/Factory construction. • Proven experience handling combined Civil + MEP scope • Experience in live manufacturing environments preferred
