Job Description

The Sales Manager will oversee the residential real estate sales team, ensure smooth daily sales operations, and support the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, people management skills, and an in-depth understanding of residential real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales executives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Monitor and ensure achievement of per-day sales goals.

• Guide team members on client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Maintain strong knowledge of residential real estate projects, pricing, and market dynamics.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance and conversions.

• Support team members during escalations and complex client concerns.

• Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with management to align daily and long-term sales actions with company goals.

• Report daily sales performance, team productivity, and lead status.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
