Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Visa Counselor based in Surat. The Counselor will assist students in assessing their educational and career goals by providing expert advice on selecting appropriate courses, universities, and countries for their higher education abroad. The role involves guiding students through the entire visa application process, preparing them for foreign language exams, and providing information on additional services like bank account opening or travel arrangements. Building trusted relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making process are key responsibilities.

Qualifications Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed education and career choices. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries. Basic knowledge of the education sector and visa processes for various countries is highly advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate a client-focused approach. Relevant educational background in counseling, education, or related fields is preferred.
