Hiring as an External Recruitment Partner We are looking for 1–3 YOE Software Engineers who can code well and mentor engineering students while staying hands-on with real development projects. Required Skills Strong Core Java (Mandatory) Experience in any frontend or backend tech (Java/Python/JS/Go/C#/C++ etc.) Good understanding of Web Architecture & SQL Solid debugging & problem-solving Excellent communication & mentoring ability Role Highlights Mentor 3rd & 4th year engineering students Teach concepts, solve coding challenges, and guide projects Work on BridgeLabz in-house development projects Full-time onsite role (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM) Job Details Experience: 1–3 years Salary: ₹4 – 5.5 LPA Type: Permanent Interview: Online Round → Final F2F (Mandatory) Joining: Immediate to 30 days
