_Urgent Requirement for the fastest growing Real Estate Interior Design firm in Mumbai_ Job Location: HSR, Bengaluru Job title: Centre Head Salary Budget: Max Upto 50 LPA (basis last drawn only) *_ABOUT THE ROLE_* The Centre Head holds full P&L responsibility and complete ownership of the Centreโ€™s performance. This role drives business growth by developing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies aligned to revenue and profitability goals. Combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, the Centre Head enhances brand visibility, leverages market trends and customer insights, and ensures the company's competitive edge while delivering on both short- and long-term objectives. *_Roles & Responsibilities_* โ€ข Develops and executes centre strategic plans based on market opportunities, aligning short- and long-term business goals for the Experience Centre. โ€ข Leads the creation and implementation of high-impact sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth for Centre. โ€ข Oversees performance across Sales, Design, Operations, and New Product Development, ensuring alignment and execution toward planned objectives. โ€ข Drives superior customer engagement and satisfaction as a core pillar of business growth and brand promise. โ€ข Builds and leads high-performing teams by recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent; fosters a values-driven, high-accountability culture. โ€ข Reviews the center performance to manage cost, optimize efficiency, and ensure consistent progress toward business achievements month on month. โ€ข Collaboration with company's Senior leadership to deliver the company's Brand promise in sustainable manner. โ€ข Provide leadership to centre that enables the team to engagement with customers, and stakeholders. *The Ideal Candidate* _*Experience_: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in D2C Sales & Business Development _*Educational Background & Requirements_: โ€ขPG/Masterโ€™s degree in business, marketing, or related field โ€ขSales background in the Interior Industry will be added advantage โ€ข Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area. โ€ข Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues. โ€ข Strong negotiation skills. โ€ข Skill and ability to adopt a โ€œconsultativeโ€ approach to effect problem solving and to explore options which ensure potential within a client account is maximized. โ€ข Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and collateral to support business development meetings โ€ข Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels. โ€ข A track record of achieving and exceeding targeted business results/KPIs. โ€ข Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes *_Looking for Immediate Joiners_* Please contact 9819207710 via msg whatsapp or email resume at harold.wilson@hnhplacement.com
