Job Title: Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Office Manager / Executive Assistant who can bring structure, speed, and reliability to a fast-growing PR and reputation management firm.
This is not a passive support role. You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to manage office operations, streamline workflows, handle high-priority communications, and ensure day-to-day execution runs without friction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage founder’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
Screen and prioritize emails and communications
Prepare reports, briefs, and internal documents
Coordinate client meetings and internal reviews
Track commitments and ensure deadlines are met
2. Office Operations Management
Oversee daily office functioning and discipline
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
Maintain office supplies, infrastructure, and documentation
Implement and monitor office policies
3. Communication & Coordination
Act as a bridge between founder and team
Follow up with employees on deliverables
Coordinate with clients when needed
Maintain professional communication standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years experience as Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Operations Coordinator
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High ownership mindset — does not wait for instructions
Strong follow-up and tracking skills
Comfortable handling confidential information
Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM tools, spreadsheets
High discipline and punctuality
