This role exists because someone must:
Own inside sales performance end-to-end
Balance targets with people-first leadership
Ensure CRM discipline and follow-up hygiene every day
Handle escalations without panic or blame

What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)
Lead and manage inside sales teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Assign and track leads to ensure timely and quality follow-ups
Monitor calls, chats, and emails to maintain conversation quality
Coach Team Leaders and Associates on pitch, objections, and closures
Track numbers daily and take corrective action when performance dips
Ensure CRM hygiene — accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth lead flow and bookings
Handle customer escalations and support complex closures
Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members
Be present, visible, and accountable — every day
