Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Media – Client Servicing professional based in Gurugram. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional client services, and delivering successful campaigns. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to maintain high levels of service and contribute to the overall success of client engagements.

Qualifications Client Services and Customer Service skills to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and manage client relationships. 2-3 years of experience in client servicing Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams. Customer Satisfaction and problem-solving skills with the ability to address client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions. Finance acumen to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure projects are executed within financial parameters. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results on time. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is highly desirable. Previous experience in client servicing or media planning is preferred but not mandatory.
