Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to support our talent acquisition efforts on a

1-year contractual basis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support onboarding and documentation for new hires Collaborate with HR team on employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
