Skincare Therapist

works in an aesthetic or medical clinic to

assess and treat clients’ skin concerns , provide customized skincare treatments, support cosmetic procedures (non-surgical), educate clients, and help them achieve healthy, improved skin.

Key Responsibilities 1. Client Consultation & Assessment Conduct detailed

skin analysis

to evaluate skin type, condition, and concerns. Discuss clients’ goals, treatment options, and tailor protocols to individual needs. 2. Perform Skincare Treatments Carry out clinical and cosmetic procedures such as: Facials and deep cleansing Chemical peels Microdermabrasion Hydration therapies Skin rejuvenation or anti-aging treatments ( Actual services depend on clinic specialty ) 3. Pre- and Post-Treatment Education Explain treatment processes and benefits clearly to clients. Provide customized

aftercare guidance

and home skincare regimens. 4. Product & Treatment Recommendations Advise clients on professional products and maintenance routines. Suggest additional services or upgrades to enhance results. 5. Clinic Standards, Safety & Hygiene Ensure instruments and treatment areas are

sanitized and compliant

with health standards. Follow all safety protocols during treatments. 6. Documentation & Administration Record client details, treatment modalities, progress notes, and feedback. Assist with appointment bookings and follow-ups as needed. Tele calling activity on cold leads provided by the company. 7. Team Collaboration Work with doctors, dermatologists, nurses, or senior therapists on treatment plans. Attend training or meetings to stay updated on industry techniques.
