Position-TA Coordinator

Job Location-Pune (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Co-Ordinator with 2–4 years of experience in Co-ordination. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise Working to stringent deadlines whilst managing a high volume, challenging and varied workload, using own initiative and excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Interviews of the Candidates Face to Face Or Telephonic
- Following up the candidates until they reach the venue.
- Booking Calendars of the Panels
- Booking Interview Rooms
- Taking the candidates through the interview stages
- Collecting Interview feedbacks from the Hiring Managers and sharing the same with the Recruitment Team.
- Coordinating with the Recruitment team & Candidates for mega recruitment drives
- Collecting and verifying the documents (Payslips, offer letters, experience letters, etc) of the candidates.
- Preparing the dockets of the documents.
- After Offer roll out follow up with the candidate until they join.
- Collecting and maintaining data of employment documents.
- Coordinating with offered candidates till onboarding.
- Initiating BGV for offered candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment
- Excellent IT skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
- Ability to manage a voluminous workload, often with conflicting priorities and to
- stringent deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with highly confidential and often sensitive
- information.
- Ability to produce clear, concise and accurate file notes, telephone messages, etc.
- Highly organised and a ‘completer-finisher’.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment/Co-ordination.
- Experience working in consulting, or corporate hiring environments is preferred
