The Role As Marketing Project Manager, you will act as the central point of alignment across strategy, creative, and performance teams. You will ensure that initiatives move forward with structure while preserving the agility required in today’s marketing landscape. This is not a purely administrative role. You will be a facilitator of progress, a communicator of priorities, and a steward of quality across multiple client engagements. Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and coordination of integrated marketing initiatives from kickoff through delivery. Translate marketing strategies into executable workflows, timelines, and resource plans. Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams, leadership, and clients. Monitor deliverables, budgets, and deadlines to ensure efficient project execution. Identify process improvements that enhance collaboration and reduce friction. Support campaign readiness across channels including digital, content, paid media, and analytics. Maintain visibility into project health, proactively addressing risks and bottlenecks. What We Value in This Position We are looking for someone who combines operational discipline with an appreciation for creative work. 3–5+ years of experience managing marketing or agency-based projects. Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and cross-channel coordination. Ability to manage multiple initiatives without losing attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment. Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools. A proactive mindset—someone who anticipates needs rather than reacting to them. Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative, distributed team.
