Job Summary:

Client is seeking a skilled

Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer

with strong expertise in

Power Automate

and

Power Apps

to design, build, and manage automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will streamline business processes, integrate M365 applications, and deliver low-code/no-code solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

Power Automate flows

(cloud and desktop) to automate business processes Build

Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps

using

Power Apps

for internal business use cases Integrate Power Platform solutions with

Microsoft 365 services

such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, and Forms Manage and optimize workflows involving

Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and SQL connectors Implement approvals, notifications, document management, and data synchronization workflows Customize forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing flows and apps for performance and reliability Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions Maintain technical documentation and provide user training/support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with

Power Automate

(triggers, actions, expressions, error handling) Proficiency in

Power Apps

(Canvas Apps, formulas, UI/UX design) Good understanding of

Microsoft 365 ecosystem

(SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) Experience working with

Dataverse , SharePoint Lists, and common connectors Basic knowledge of

Azure AD , security roles, and permissions Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with

Power BI

for reporting and dashboards Knowledge of

Power Automate Desktop (RPA) Familiarity with

Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or REST APIs Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) Experience implementing governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies
