Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India

PQE - 2 to 8 years

- Mergers & Acquisitions - Private Equity - Joint Ventures - Restructuring, Distress, Special Situations and Insolvency - Asset Management & Funds
