1. Role Overview
The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and institutionalising a structured learning ecosystem across the organisation to enhance technical competency, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and leadership capabilities.
The role will play a critical function in building a future-ready workforce for Rooftop & Ground-Mount Solar EPC projects by creating structured training pathways, certification programs, and a digital Learning Management System (LMS).

B. Technical Training (Solar EPC Focus)
Design and deliver structured modules on:
Rooftop Solar EPC execution lifecycle
Structural installation standards (3-rail / elevated / RCC / sheet roofs)
DC & AC electrical design and execution
Inverter installation & commissioning
Module mounting best practices
Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
Cable routing & termination standards
SCADA & monitoring systems
Zero Export & Net Metering integration
BESS integration fundamentals

Lead end-to-end creation of the company's Learning Management System:

5. Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable preferred)
MBA / Certification in Training & Development (preferred)
5–10 years experience in Solar EPC / Infrastructure Training

6. Technical Skill Requirements
Solar PV system design & execution knowledge
Understanding of industrial rooftop projects
Familiarity with OEM technologies (SolarEdge / Huawei / Sungrow / SMA etc.)
