We focus on practical cloud, security, and workplace solutions that work in real-world business environments. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Engineer. You will support end users and clients by resolving day-to-day IT issues, providing timely technical assistance, and ensuring a smooth support experience. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, user support, and coordination with internal teams for escalations when required. Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and email Perform basic user account management (AD / Entra ID) Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with cloud and security teams for escalations Communicate clearly and professionally with users and clients Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions

Requirements Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of Active Directory / user management Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Willingness to learn cloud and security technologies Responsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset

Education & Certifications (Preferred) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Microsoft certifications such as: MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) SC-900 (Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals) Any entry-level IT or support certifications are a plus Hands-on skills and willingness to learn are valued more than certifications alone.
