solutions Design and implement solutions in: Customer Service Sales Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using

Azure DevOps Develop and manage Power Automate flows Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services Participate in requirement analysis and solution design Conduct Agile ceremonies and technical reviews Mentor developers and enforce coding best practices Troubleshoot technical issues using logs, code analysis, and documentation Ensure adherence to SDLC processes Stay updated with the latest features in Microsoft O365 and Azure technologies

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with

Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Experience in: Power Automate PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps) Microsoft Portals Azure Services knowledge: Azure Data Factory Synapse Logic Apps Function Apps Development expertise: JavaScript C# Plugin Development SQL Server SSIS Experience with Power BI reporting & analytics Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Graph API, and workflows Ability to configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPF)
