Job Title: IT Executive

Role Overview
The IT Executive will support daily IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, and provide timely technical assistance to employees. The role includes managing IT assets, user access, basic HRMS system support, vendor coordination, and ensuring adherence to IT security standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Operations & Infrastructure Support
Handle day-to-day IT operations including laptops, desktops, network connectivity, email, and collaboration tools.
Monitor system performance and basic troubleshooting for network, VPN, and endpoint devices.
Assist in IT asset lifecycle management: allocation, maintenance, and recovery.
Support implementation of cost-effective technology solutions.
2. Employee IT Support & Helpdesk
Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
Resolve hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs.
Log, track, and close tickets in the IT helpdesk system.
Support employees during client delivery or project setup from a technology standpoint.
3. HR Technology & Access Management
Provide operational support for HRMS, attendance, and leave management systems.
Manage user access provisioning and de‑provisioning during onboarding, role changes, and exits.
Ensure accuracy of employee access and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with HR and system vendors for configuration changes or basic troubleshooting.
4. IT Security & Compliance
Follow IT security protocols including endpoint security, anti-virus updates, and secure access management.
Conduct basic system audits, access reviews, and support backups.
Ensure adherence to internal security policies and compliance requirements.
5. Vendor Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, network support, software issues, and AMC services.
Track software licenses, renewals, and device inventories.
Assist in reviewing vendor invoices and maintaining cost records.
6. Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain IT SOPs, checklists, asset records, and configuration documentation.
Support digital automation initiatives and process improvements suggested by senior IT members.
Work with shared drives, cloud folders (AWS preferred), and basic accounting tools for IT-related data and billing.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of HRMS, attendance, or access management systems
Knowledge of IT security, networking, and endpoint management
Strong vendor coordination and communication skills
Ability to document processes clearly and maintain systematic records
Problem-solving, customer service mindset, and responsiveness
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years
of experience in IT support / IT operations roles
Experience in a consulting, service, or fast-paced environment preferred
