Role Overview

- We are seeking an exceptional technology and people leader to head our India IT function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, who can build high-performing teams, deliver enterprise-grade systems, and align technology initiatives with global business objectives.

- The ideal candidate combines technical credibility, operational discipline, and inspirational leadership to drive innovation, transformation, and service excellence.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs

- Establish strong governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems

People & Culture Leadership

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing IT teams

- Foster accountability, ownership, and collaboration

- Drive performance management and capability development

- Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

- Act as a bridge between global and India teams

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions

- Communicate effectively with global executives

- Provide strategic advisory to leadership on technology investments

- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

- 15–18+ years of experience in IT leadership roles

- Proven experience managing teams of 100+ professionals

- Strong background in enterprise applications, cloud (Azure preferred), integrations, and data platforms

- Experience in global delivery models

- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Agile)

- Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives
