We’re growing fast and are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to help take our brand and business to the next level.

Your Role As our Marketing & Sales Manager, you will lead all commercial and promotional activities to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and close deals. You’ll be responsible for both strategic marketing planning and hands-on sales execution. The role is full-time and work-from-home.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand visibility and generate leads • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email, and webinars • Identify new market opportunities and create go-to-market plans • Lead client outreach, demos, proposals, and negotiations • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key accounts • Collaborate with the product team to align sales messaging with product capabilities • Track KPIs and report on marketing and sales performance

What we’re looking for • Experienced (3+ years) in marketing and sales for B2B SaaS or enterprise software • Strong understanding of the fashion, apparel, or retail tech ecosystem • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, creative, and data-driven mindset • Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms • Willing to be hands-on and take initiative • Fluent in English
