What You’ll Own End-to-end revenue for

staffing / staff augmentation / global talent solutions Building and closing pipelines through

outbound, referrals, and founder-led GTM Engaging founders, CXOs, HR Heads, and TA leaders in

consultative sales conversations Translating client needs into

deployable staffing solutions

with delivery teams Forecasting revenue, maintaining deal hygiene, and owning monthly/quarterly numbers Expanding accounts post-closure (upsell, cross-sell, repeat demand)

Who You Are 4 - 8 years of experience in

staffing / recruitment / staff augmentation sales Proven ability to

close deals
