Role Description

We are seeking a full-time International Sales Representative / Telesales from India as per USA shift time (telesales /Online International (USA & UK ) Sales Representative -for an on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat . The responsibilities include identifying potential global clients, do telesales and showcase jewelry(all kind of Natural & Lab grown Diamond Jewelry ) inventory and close the order & track the conform the Dispatch & building long-lasting business relationships, new clients on boarding and managing client accounts. The role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will also be tasked with coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Research and analytical skills to identify market trends and potential clients - Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools - Knowledge of international markets and cultural nuances is a plus - Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Willingness to travel internationally as required
